ARB Games adheres to the following terms and conditions for all sales.
ARB Games strictly abides to all policies as outlined by the NSW Office Of Fair Trading. These can be viewed at their website www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au
ARB Games generally despatches all orders within 5 business days of confirmed receipt of payment.
All orders are despatched using Australia Post, unless other arrangements between ARB Games and the customer have been agreed to.
All orders that have been paid for by cheque will not be despatched unitl the cheque has been processed and cleared by the bank.
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that all products are in stock, occasional stock discrepancies may occur. Any delays in this instance should only result in a delay of despatch of your order by a maximum of up to 2 weeks. ARB Games will keep you fully informed of the process of your order in this instance.
Returns
All reports of faulty products must be received within 14 days of the purchase date. ARB Games will attempt to resolve any problems via direct communication, however, if the problem cannot be resolved, then a Return Reference Number will be issued to enable the return of the faulty goods.
Any product that is approved for return that is not faulty and does not fall under the NSW Department Of Fair Trading guidelines for mandatory refunds will incur a 20% re-stocking fee without exception.
All faulty or unwanted products must be returned at the customer's expense.
Software Purchases
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their computer meets the minimum hardware and software system requirements for any software purchased. Any software purchased that does not operate correctly due to the customer's computer not meeting the minimum system requirements will not be considered for return.
Faulty products that have been approved for return will be tested within 5 working days of receipt by ARB Games. Faulty products must be returned in the original packaging and in an acceptable condition.
Products that are proven to be faulty will either be exchanged at ARB Games' expense or a refund issued if no replacement stock is available. However, products that prove to be in fine working order, will be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.
Reports for faulty items that come with a manufacturer's warranty must be directed towards that manufacturer directly.
