ARB Games & Puzzles is a home-based online sole-trader business, also operating from a large retail store at Carrara Markets on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia and has been in business since 2002. The ARB Games & Puzzles Facebook page is being used as my general information page. It will be used to provide updates on new products, stock updates and any other important information.
New Stock Availability Concept Trial
ARB Games always tries to do things a little different to other retail and online stores and trying to give my customers maximum exposure to everything that is available with different brands. Hence, I have just completed adding products to the following brands which are available at the Australian distributors, but not currently in my retail shop, due to space reasons.
So to ensure that all my customers get the maximum exposure to all puzzles in as many brands as possible, I have updated these brands to show what is in stock, and also what is available at Australian distributors. These puzzles will be in their own sub-category of each brand, so that they are listed apart from items which are physically in stock. These puzzles will take about a 7-10 days to receive before I can despatch them.

Initially, I am doing a trial with this concept to see if it works OK, with the view of making it a permanent feature, and eventually including other brands where I have access to the stock levels of distributors.
