ARB Games & Puzzles is a home-based online sole-trader business, also operating from a large retail store at Carrara Markets on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia and has been in business since 2002. Shop location at Carrara Markets is next to the Market Baker and Cafe Carrara, and on the opposite side of the bridge from the roller skating rink.

The ARB Games retail shop at Carrara Markets boasts Australia's largest jigsaw puzzle retail shop, with approximately 12000 jigsaw puzzles in store at any one time, along with up to 2000 games, a full range of Sylvanian Families products, Collecta and Schleich products and much, much more.

Temporary Absence Affecting Online Sales

I will be away in Sydney from 16th February until 25th February. All orders received during this time will be processed on my return. The retail shop at Carrara Markets will be open on the weekend as usual, with Michelle running the shop. Opening hours for this weekend will be 8:00am until 2:30pm, although Michelle might extend these hours by a few minutes either side of opening and closing.

The ARB Games & Puzzles Facebook page is being used as my general information page. It will be used to provide updates on new products, stock updates and any other important information. I will also detail dates when I will be away for extended periods on various adventures. During these periods, the retail shop will remain open with casual staff operating the shop. However online store, whilst remaining visible, will be closed for online purchases.

Audrey's Hatbox Jigsaw Puzzles

I have finished adding all the Audrey's Hatbox range of jigsaw puzzles to the website. Landscape designs are available in 1000 / 500 / 260 pieces sizes and the square puzzles are available in the 506 / 256 pieces sizes. These puzzles will be made to order by QPuzzles, so despatch will generally be between 7-10 business days depending on how long it takes to have the puzzles made.

Springbok Jigsaw Puzzles

ARB Games & Puzzles will be the only retailer in Australia to stock Springbok jigsaw puzzles. I have made the shipment available for pre-order with the current ETA now being 19th March due to a random container inspection in the USA, this delay is beyond my control sorry. All pre-orders have to be paid for straight away for that stock to be allocated to you. Orders will be despatched as soon as the delivery has been checked in and I have grabbed your puzzles.

Advanced Notice Of Temporary Online Store Closure

I am heading to Nepal to guide another group to Everest Base Camp from 18th April until 10th May 2026. During this time, the ordering capability of the website will be turned off, however, you will still be able to have a look through my website.

The retail store at Carrara Markets will remain open on weekends, albeit with Michelle running the shop. I request that anyone attending the store during this time remain patient with Michelle as they will obviously not have my expertise with all the products.
