ARB Games & Puzzles is a home-based online sole-trader business, also operating from a large retail store at Carrara Markets on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia and has been in business since 2002. Shop location at Carrara Markets is next to the Market Baker and Cafe Carrara, and on the opposite side of the bridge from the roller skating rink. The ARB Games retail shop at Carrara Markets boasts Australia's largest jigsaw puzzle retail shop, with approximately 10000 jigsaw puzzles in store at any one time, along with up to 2000 board & card games, a full range of Sylvanian Families products, Collecta and Schleich plastic animals, Siku & Majorette diecast models, and many more products.

Ravensburger 2026 Release Jigsaw Puzzles I have added most of the 2026 release Ravensburger puzzles being supplied by the Ravensburger Australian distributor. There are no current ETAs for these puzzles and the ETA dates vary from April to September. As soon as I receive stock of these puzzles, I will remove them from the 2026 Release sub-category and move them to their correct categories.
ARB Games & Puzzles Facebook Page
The ARB Games & Puzzles Facebook page is being used as my general information page. It will be used to provide updates on new products, stock updates and any other important information. I will also detail dates when I will be away for extended periods on various adventures. During these periods, the retail shop will remain open with casual staff operating the shop. However online store, whilst remaining visible, will be closed for online purchases.
Springbok Jigsaw Puzzles Are Here!
Springbok puzzles are finally arriving tomorrow, Thursday 26th March. It will take me about 3 hours to break down the 3 pallets and then another 3-4 hours to sort the shipment out. I will be endeavouring to get all the pre-orders sent out on Friday 27th March. Thanks everyone for your patience.
This also means that the Sprinbok puzzles will be available to purchase from my retail shop this weekend - I am sure all the local customers will be in a rush to see this new brand, of which ARB Games & Puzzles will be the only retailer in Australia to stock Springbok jigsaw puzzles.
I am heading to Nepal to guide another group to Everest Base Camp from 18th April until 10th May 2026. During this time, the ordering capability of the website will be turned off, however, you will still be able to have a look through my website.
The retail store at Carrara Markets will remain open on weekends, albeit with Michelle running the shop. I request that anyone attending the store during this time remain patient with Michelle as they will obviously not have my expertise with all the products.
