ARB Games & Puzzles is a home-based online sole-trader business, also operating from a large retail store at Carrara Markets on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia and has been in business since 2002. Shop location at Carrara Markets is next to the Market Baker and Cafe Carrara, and on the opposite side of the bridge from the roller skating rink.

The ARB Games retail shop at Carrara Markets boasts Australia's largest jigsaw puzzle retail shop, with approximately 10,000 jigsaw puzzles in store at any one time, along with up to 2,000 board & card games, a full range of Sylvanian Families products, Collecta and Schleich plastic animals, Siku & Majorette diecast models, and many more products.

The ARB Games & Puzzles Facebook page is used as my general information page. It provides updates on new products, stock updates and other important information.

New Stock Availability Concept Trial

ARB Games always tries to do things a little differently to other retail and online stores by giving customers maximum exposure to everything available across different brands. I have now added products from the following brands that are available from Australian distributors but are not currently stocked in my retail shop due to space limitations.

To ensure customers can see as many puzzles as possible, these brands now display both items currently in stock and products available from Australian distributors. Distributor items are shown in their own sub-category and generally require 7-10 days before dispatch.

The brands completed so far are:

• Jacarou
• Magnolia
• Yazz

Initially this is being run as a trial, with the intention of making it a permanent feature and eventually extending it to other brands where distributor stock levels are available.

New Jigsaw Puzzle Brand

I am now selling the range of The Puzzle Collab jigsaw puzzles. These are available as 99-piece micro puzzles, 500-piece puzzles and 1,000-piece puzzles, featuring artwork from a range of Australian artists.

To view them, browse to Jigsaw Puzzles > Jigsaw Puzzles By Brand > The Puzzle Collab. Initially these puzzles will only be available to purchase online until space becomes available in the retail shop, although customers may arrange to collect online orders from the shop.
