Despatch Times
Generally, all orders are despatched between 2-3 business days of receipt of your order and payment. However, occasional delays may occur if a product is temporarily out of stock and needs to be ordered in. You will be notified if your order will be affected by any undue delays. How are Parcel Post Postage & Handling Charges Calculated? All orders are despatched with Australia Post and includes tracking, tracking numbers can be provided on request. All postal charges are calculated using an official Australia Post Parcel Post Calculator that has been built into the website and gets updated automatically by Australia Post. No handling charges are added so that customers only pay for the exact postage costs as calculated.
International Orders
All international orders are despatched using standard Australia Post international airmail which includes tracking with Australia Post. General delivery times are approximately 1 week to New Zealand, and 2-3 weeks for the USA and Europe.
Pick Ups
You can pick up any orders direct from my retail shop. The ARB Games & Puzzles shop at Carrara Markets is located next to the Carrara Markets Bakery and Cafe Carrara. I am open every weekend 7:00am to 3:00pm and pickups can also be organised during weekdays by arrangement - please contact me to coordinate a time and day.
