Help zone Postage DetailsDespatch Times
Generally, all orders will take up to 3 business days to be despatched, from the date of receipt of your order and payment. However, occasional delays may occur if a product is temporarily out of stock and needs to be ordered in, or I am temporarily away from the office. You will be notified if your order will be affected by a period longer than 7 days. How are Parcel Post Postage & Handling Charges Calculated? All orders are despatched with Australia Post and includes tracking with the tracking numbers normally being added to the order details once the order has been despatched. If you cannot find the tracking details, you can request the tracking number by contacting me. All products have individual weights attached and all postal charges are calculated using an official Australia Post Parcel Post Calculator that has been built into the website and gets updated automatically by Australia Post. The calculator simply adds the total weight of the order before calculating the postage from my location (Nerang Post Office) to the delivery address. ARB Games does not add handling charges to the actual postage costs.
International Orders
All international orders are despatched using standard Australia Post international airmail which includes tracking with Australia Post. General delivery times are approximately 1-2 weeks to New Zealand, and 2-4 weeks for the USA and Europe.
If you are eligible to claim import customs duties, and require an import duties file number to be added to the customs declaration, please send an email to sales@arbgames.com.au with the details and it will be added to the customs declaration.
Pick Ups
All orders can be picked up from the ARB Games & Puzzles shop at Carrara Markets on the Gold Coast, generally on weekends only. Occasionally, pickups can be arranged on weekdays by arrangement - please contact me to coordinate a time and day.
